Baby Sensory classes thrive at Netherton

Our Glasgow Life Community Asset team welcomed a new tenant to Netherton Community Centre earlier this year.

Baby Sensory offer classes from birth to 5 years, featuring a host of musical activities to help stimulate your child's senses. From parachutes, balloons, bubbles and light shows to puppets, songs and games to try at home, each session is different so there's something new to experience every week.

Netherton Community Centre began hosting the sessions in April this year and the daily classes have proven hugely popular with up to 443 attending each week. Parents and children are travelling from across the city to attend. Lots of fun for the children and fantastic for the centre too.

The Baby Sensory project coordinator said: "It's a great venue with great parking and welcoming staff. We are really pleased to have relocated here."
