Colleague Feedback Survey 2023: You Said, We Did - Events
To celebrate...
92% of you told us that you regularly look for ways to serve our customers better.
We will take the opportunity during team meetings to recognise and celebrate our wins as individuals and as a team and to acknowledge positive changes and innovation.
We will use the event advocacy project and the new B2B website to highlight the team's role and contribution to the successful delivery of events in the city.
We will identify forums and opportunities for members of the team to build relationships and engagement with industry to advocate for the work of the Events team.
To improve...
Our lowest scoring question in that only 42% of you are satisfied with the business working environment, this, amongst some other lower scores has led us to look at ways to improve the working environment and culture within the team.
We will make use of Glasgow Life's new behavioural framework to shape and reinforce the way we interact with each other, being mindful of how our interactions with others can influence how they in turn experience work.
We will look at what changes may be made to improve our physical working environment.
To ensure colleagues have access to the information needed to do their job, we will encourage the use of our shared drive to ensure we know where to save/find information and share links to other one-off major event files.
To start doing...
Only 42% felt there were mechanisms to put your views forward and we will look at ways to create more opportunities.
We will review the time and date of our team meeting to maximise the opportunity for all colleagues within the team to attend and contribute.
The Head of Service will allocate regular times in their diary for an Open Door, where colleagues can have a dedicated time, to discuss any ideas or concerns out with the team meetings.
To help clarify key decisions, inputs and deliverables across the team, we will finalise and share the Events Lifecycle.
