Conventions team volunteer at Merry Go Round

In January, the Glasgow Conventions Bureau team volunteered with Merry Go Round, a social enterprise based in the southside. The charity is devoted to saving good-quality maternity, baby and children's clothing and equipment from going to landfill and ensuring it can be used again by low-income families and families who want to "grow up green".

The team spent the day sorting through donations and getting to know their colleagues out with their usual roles. Pictured are Anna Young, Anne Marie Gray, Karla Cunningham, Mary Hartley, Zsuzsa Varga and Kathryn McWhirter at the charity offices.
