Duke of Edinburgh Glasgow Inspiration Awards 2024

On 21 November, the Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Glasgow Inspiration Awards 2024 took place in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Nearly 1000 young people gathered together to celebrate their hard work over the year and the leaders who helped them achieve their goals.

Glasgow Life supports young people to achieve their DofE awards and our Youth Development team is committed to providing young people with access to a range of learning opportunities that develop their skills, improve their health and wellbeing, increase their confidence and support them to make the most of opportunities in their personal, family, community and working lives.

Members of the team were at the award ceremony, along with the voluntary organisations we support and representatives from all the city's schools to celebrate the young people as they received their certificates and enjoyed an evening of entertainment.
