Flu Vaccination Programme 2023 - last few vouchers still available

We still have a limited number of flu vaccination vouchers available. If you would like to request a voucher, please email fluvaccination@glasgowlife.org.uk with the following information:

  • Your name
  • SAP number
  • the email address that you wish the voucher to be sent to

We will email a vaccination voucher that you can redeem at a Boots store on a date/time that suits you. A list of participating Boots stores and step-by-step instructions on how to book your appointment will be given along with the voucher.

We have a limited number of vouchers available so please only request a voucher if you are certain that you will use it.

The email address you give will only be used to send you a vaccination voucher. Your details will not be shared with any other party or used for any other reason. If you supply a personal email address, you are consenting to Glasgow Life contacting you via this personal email address only with regard to this flu vaccination offer. Glasgow Life will not retain your personal email information.

Some groups of people can obtain their flu vaccination free on the NHS. To find out if you are eligible for this, please go to the NHS Inform website (link below) for the self-help guides. If you are eligible for a free flu vaccination with the NHS, please access your vaccination through this route to enable as many colleagues as possible to access the vaccines. There is information on the NHS Inform website about how to book your appointment with the NHS.
