Ibrox Library re-opens

Ibrox Library re-opened today following the completion of essential building work.

The work included mechanical and electrical equipment, lighting, fire and intruder alarms, redecorating, and repairs to the car park to ensure the building meets compliance standards and supports generations of locals for years to come.
