Important information regarding Microsoft System Updates

During April Microsoft are carrying out an increased number of system updates.

These updates can take some time and following their download to your device you will be asked to restart your device to complete the installation.

Action

• Therefore, to minimise disruption to your working day you are advised to postpone the restart until the end of the day.
• Please select restart when powering off your device - to finish the installation.
• Do not shut down your device until the installation has completed - as this may result in delays to your login the next working day.
