Interruption to SAP and My Portal Monday 31 March and Tuesday 1 April

SAP and My Portal will be unavailable to allow for essential work for financial year-end 2024/25.

When will the interruption take place? 

Monday 31 March 2025 4pm to Tuesday 01 April 2025 2pm.

What's the impact?

  • All SAP ECC services will be suspended.
  • Batch processing, Post Office interfaces, and PI interfaces into SAP ECC will be rescheduled following completion of the change.
  • Access during this period will be restricted to a small number of 'Named Key Users' and their managers will advise them of this.
  • During the interruption MyPortal will be unavailable to view or print payslips.
  • Payslips for payday Tuesday 1 April will be available from close of business on Thursday 27 March until Monday 31 March at 4pm.
  • Please advise all staff affected to check their payslips during this time as copy payslips cannot be provided by either CGI or CBS, when the system is unavailable.

What applications / services will be affected?

  • My Portal/Payslips/ESS/MSS/Business Services/Reporting Services
  • Post Office interfaces into SAP ECC
  • Integration of Pecos data and invoices into SAP ECC
  • Supplier Portal
  • Fiori Payslips
  • PIMS interfaces into SAP ECC
  • Access Control

Non-SAP ECC interfaces through PI (E.g. C1 online forms, Remedy, Mobile Working, etc.) are not impacted.

Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Objects reporting are not impacted and will be available throughout.

BW will be fully up to date with data as at close of business Monday 31 March. Data will remain static but available, with the exception of AMM Reporting which will not be available until Wednesday 2 April.
