Mental wellbeing support
With Blue Monday (20 January) and Time to Talk Day (6 February) approaching, the beginning of the year is a good opportunity to start a conversation and chat openly and informally in the workplace about your mental health.
While Blue Monday is allegedly the most depressing day of the year, it is also a chance to promote mental health awareness and self-care.
Time to Talk Day is the nation's biggest mental health conversation. It's a day for friends, families, communities and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives. Time to Talk Day is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with Co-op and delivered by See Me with SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), Inspire and Time to Change Wales.
You can visit Glasgow Life's My Wellbeing webpages for all things related to maintaining a healthy and happy life. The webpages offer a variety of resources to help you look after your wellbeing.
