Look out for our new customer comments cards and boxes, coming to your venue soon.
It's important to hear from our customers and visitors to find out what we are doing well, what we can improve and how much our services are appreciated.
Please send any customer compliments, complaints, enquiries, or suggestions you receive to the Central Admin Customer Service Hub on glcentraladmincustomerservicehub@glasgowlife.org.uk (ideally within 24 hours).
All complaint communication with the customer must be made from the Central Admin Customer Service Hub. Do not use your own Glasgow Life email account when responding to customers.
