Ramadan Mubarak

A blue and gold banner showing a city skyline, a moon and string lights and text Ramadan Mubarak

Earlier this week, the Islamic month of Ramadan started and is expected to end on the evening of Monday 8 April (+/- a day as it's dependant on the sighting of the moon).

Ramadan is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of daily fasting, prayer, reflection and community. It's considered one of the most spiritual times of the year for Muslims where spirituality takes a prominent role in their lives. This means, for some practicing Muslims, their priorities shift as they focus more on prayer, meditation and charity during Ramadan.

It's especially important to support our Muslim colleagues during this important time, so please watch this short video and read this guide by Inclusive Employers to learn about what simple actions you can take.
