Real Living Wage increase

The Real Living Wage, previously known as the Glasgow Living Wage, increases to £12 per hour from 1 April 2024. 

We will apply this new hourly rate to the salaries of all Grade 1 colleagues from 1 April 2024, with the first payment received in your 2 April pay.   

This increase is in advance of the 2024/25 pay settlement. When that is reached, we will update all colleagues as soon as possible with the changes and any backdated pay at Grade 1 will be for any increase above the £12 per hour rate.
