Winter Wellbeing
My Winter Wellbeing
We would like to share with you a fantastic resource from COPE Scotland – their “Wellbeing in Winter” booklet for 2024, made possible by funding from the Glasgow Wellbeing Fund.
Winter can bring challenges around heating bills, festive costs, relationships and pressures over the festive period and more. However, it can also offer a space to pause and reflect and make plans for the future. This booklet is not a substitute for professional advice; it is a guide for self-care and we thought some of you may find it useful.
