Stress Awareness & Coping Skills
Throughout December we will be running some free classes for all colleagues to support with stress awareness and coping skills. Below is a list of the classes that will be rolled out, along with where and when these will be taking place. Look out for the QR code being shared through the weekly Communications Bulletin, and the accompanying poster in venues, for instructions on how to book on to a class of your choice.
Body Balance
Body Balance is a motivating blend of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga that will help improve your mind, your body and your life.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility
It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
