Flu Vaccination Programme 2024 - request your voucher now

We are again pleased to offer the opportunity for all Glasgow Life colleagues to participate in the Flu Vaccination Programme. You will be able to participate by requesting a voucher.

To request your voucher, please email fluvaccination@glasgowlife.org.uk with the following information:

  • Your name
  • SAP number
  • the email address that you wish the voucher to be sent to

You will receive a vaccination voucher by email that you can redeem at a Boots store on a date/time that suits you.

We have a limited number of vouchers available so please only request a voucher if you are certain that you will use it.

The vouchers will be released in two batches in order to let colleagues on leave access a voucher. The first batch is released today and there will be no waiting list once all the vouchers have been allocated. The second batch will be released in two weeks' time on Wednesday 21 August 2024. If you did not get a voucher in the first batch, this will be your opportunity to send another request. Once all the vouchers in the second batch have been allocated, a waiting list will be established so that returned vouchers can be re-allocated.

The email address you give will only be used to send you a vaccination voucher. Your details will not be used for any other reason. If you supply a personal email address, you are consenting to Glasgow Life and Boots the Chemist Ltd contacting you via this personal email address only with regard to this flu vaccination offer. Glasgow Life and Boots the Chemist Ltd will not retain your personal email information.

Some groups of people can obtain their flu vaccination free on the NHS. To find out if you are eligible for this, please go to the NHS Inform website (link below) for the self-help guides. If you are eligible for a free flu vaccination with the NHS, please access your vaccination through this route to enable as many colleagues as possible to access the vaccines.
