Timings can be found on the event page which are generally posted the week of the event. Please note all timings are subject to change.

The age advisory will be stated on the event page.  It is a venue advice that no children under 14 should attend an event within the standing area.  Age advisories can vary from event to event please email GRCHVM@glasgowlife.org.uk if unsure.

Yes, we have a small amount of booster seats we can provide.  These are for flat seated areas only (arena stalls) At family events we may run out due to demand and will be on a first come first served basis.

Football colours are generally not permitted (some exceptions may apply, i.e a football event)

Food and drink purchased out with the venue are not permitted. If you require them for medical purposes, please make our security team aware upon arrival.  Bottles must be sealed and be no bigger than 500ml.  If you have any questions regarding this, please email GRCHVM@glasgowlife.org.uk

As per Glasgow Life policy you are not permitted to smoke/vape whilst in the building. 

Large bags (size A3 or larger) are not allowed in our venues. Smaller bags are permitted but will be searched on entry by a member of our security team. 

A paid left luggage facility is present at Buchanan Bus Station on Killermont Street. Their facility is open from 7.30am – 10.30pm.

Concert/Shows – The cloakroom will only be available for standing events. Charged at £2 per item.

Conferences and Exhibitions – The cloakroom may be open as per request from the organiser. Please email  GRCHVM@glasgowlife.org.uk to confirm.

SLR types and those with detachable lenses are not permitted into events. However, phone cameras may be permitted for use, unless otherwise specified by the event organiser. 

When the venue is in event mode only ticket holders will be permitted into the building.

Yes you can – you may be asked at events to show your ticket in order for us to scan you back and out of the building.

Special effects may be used at events and are controlled by the touring production team. If the use of certain effects concerns you, or you would like further information on effects that may be used at a specific show please email GRCHVM@glasgowlife.org.uk  for more information.

If you require medical assistance, please inform a member of venue staff. Trained First Aiders are on hand to assist.

While we accept cash, we recommend contactless (limit £100) or chip & pin card payments while in our venues.
