Become a member of the FIT Squad, and help golfer/secret agent Sandy Storm as he sets out to retrieve the stolen Crown Jewels from the evil clutches of Dr Pro. Here we will follow Sandy as he is dropped into the jungle, before sneaking past the guards to reach Dr Pro's secret cave hideout and making our way through the tunnel of booby-traps. Will we make it?
This journey will be accompanied by exercises and movements for the young adventurer to perform, allowing them to be part of the story. Make sure to bring your bottle of water and get ready for a fitness adventure!
Alasdair MackIntosh worked within the health and fitness industry for over a decade, working with children, adults, athletes and sports teams. His book is designed to allow children to become part of the story by encouraging children to act it out through prescribed exercises. These exercises have been carefully selected and designed in a way that the story can evolve as the child's ability and fitness grows.
