The best-selling memoir from the
BAFTA and Emmy award-winning writer of Succession.
Georgia Pritchett is a multi-award-winning comedy and drama writer. Her writing and production credits include Veep, Have I Got News for You, Smack the Pony, Miranda, The Thick of It and many more. She is currently a writer and co-executive producer on HBO's critically acclaimed show Succession. She has five Emmys, five Writers' Guild Awards, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA.
She also knows a thing or two about anxiety. From worrying about the monsters under her bed as a child (Were they comfy enough?), to embracing womanhood, worry has accompanied her at every turn. Her memoir, My Mess is a bit of a Life is a joyful reflection on just how to live - and sometimes even thrive with anxiety. It has received glowing reviews form Caitlin Moran, Sara Pascoe, Miranda Hart, Nina Stibbe and Richard Osman.
