THE MUSIC & MEDITATION PODCAST: LIVE
The Old Fruitmarket, Glasgow City Halls

On sale from: Thursday 15 May 2025

Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in an evening of live classical music, gentle breathwork and meditation with presenter Izzy Judd and Sunday Times bestselling Scottish poet and meditation guide Donna Ashworth.

For the first time ever, the BBC’s breakthrough podcast will be recorded in front of a live audience at the Old Fruitmarket, blending expert-led meditation techniques with its soothing orchestral soundscapes, performed by the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

From popular classics such as Debussy’s Clair de Lune to the exclusive premiere of a BBC commission, let the magic of a live orchestra envelop you in a wave of tranquillity, leaving you refreshed, inspired and ready to take on the world.

This event will last approximately 75 minutes and there will be relaxed seating options in the Old Fruitmarket… whatever makes you most comfortable!
