Nina Nesbitt’s new album, Mountain Music, marks a transformative chapter in her career. Known for her candid pop, the Scottish artist explores new territories with rich US folk and Americana influences. After the success of her critically acclaimed album, The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change, and its billion streams, Nesbitt took a step back from the pressures of the music industry to rediscover her passion. This time, she co-produced the album with Peter Miles at MiddleFarm Studios in Devon, UK, crafting a sound that highlights her unique voice.

Nesbitt’s latest work features songs like "Pages," a poignant letter to her younger self, and "Painkiller," a heartfelt ballad addressing emotional struggles. Her songwriting shines with themes of identity, growth, and introspection, blending traditional Scottish ballads with Appalachian influences. Highlights include "Mansion," a spectral ode to inner beauty, and "Parachute," a romantic ballad about embracing one's introversion.

Nesbitt’s empathy and introspective lyrics shine throughout the album, from exploring feminine rage in "Anger" to celebrating her roots in "Coming Home." With Mountain Music, Nina Nesbitt redefines her artistry, ready to share her evolution with the world.
