Glasgow's new Prostate Cancer Support Group commences
on Wednesday the 5th February from 11.00am - 12.30pm and will meet on the
first Wednesday of the month thereafter.
The group is a small and informal and will
allow anyone with Prostate Cancer to meet others in the same situation.
Over a cup of tea/coffee they will be able to
share their experiences and access non-clinical information on living with
prostate cancer including treatment options, diet, physical activity, urinary
problems and fatigue.
It is important that possible new members contact the Support Group Leader,
Tam Hewitt, prior to attending for the first time.

This venue does not play background music.

There is a wheelchair to borrow. To borrow the wheelchair, please contact a member of staff.

Parking
Please note that there is on-street parking surrounding The Mitchell Library. This is metered from 8am-6pm. Monday to Friday. As this is a local residential area, please use these spaces considerately. Alternatively, there is a NCP Car Park on India Street next to Charing Cross Train Station which is a 2 minute walk away.
Photography and video recording
On occasion, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.
