Born in Glasgow, Chris
studied composition at the RCS. His Mercury nominated debut 'Architect' was
released in 2015. After touring the UK and Europe he released his second album
'The Midnight Sun' which was shortlisted for SAY Award. After touring the US
with Elbow he record his third album 'Health' at their studio in Salford with
Craig Potter. Chris released his 4th album ‘Alluvium’ in 2022 and has produced
records for Scottish harpist Gillian Fleetwood, and Downton Abbey’s Michael C.
Fox since. Chris’s new album ‘It’s Only A Love Song’ will be released in
January 2025.
